  • 4 medium medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the seasoned oil until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning. You can add cheese to your Potato Mojos for a cheesy treat by sprinkling shredded cheese over the wedges during the last 5 minutes of baking.
