  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Aromat A seasoning for flavor
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs For coating
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Flour To bind the mixture

Preparation
  1. Boil and mash the potatoes until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheese, salt, aromat, chopped onion, and flour until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip each ball in the beaten eggs, then roll it in breadcrumbs to coat.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
  2. Remove and drain on paper towels.
