Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a roasting pan over medium heat. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown.
Cooking
- Pour your sauce over the pork tenderloin.
- If desired, add vegetables around the pork in the pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make sure to sear the pork well for a nice, caramelized crust. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature for safety. Experiment with different sauces for variety.
