Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a roasting pan over medium heat. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown.
Cooking
  1. Pour your sauce over the pork tenderloin.
  2. If desired, add vegetables around the pork in the pan.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure to sear the pork well for a nice, caramelized crust. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature for safety. Experiment with different sauces for variety.
