- In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the pork.
- Add the onion and tomatoes, and simmer until the pork is tender.
- Stir in the radish and green beans, and cook until tender.
- Add the sinigang mix or tamarind paste, and chili peppers.
- Season with salt and fish sauce, adjusting to taste.
- Serve hot with a side dipping sauce.
Notes
You can add a side of rice for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
