  • 600 g pork sukiyaki cut or thinly sliced Use fresh pork for best results.
  • 3/4 whole medium cabbage Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3 medium white onions Sliced into rings.
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper For seasoning.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Or adjust to salt as per preference.
  • 1/4 tsp salt To taste.
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil For stir-frying.

Preparation
  1. Put the pork in a bowl and season it with salt, ground black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork. Stir-fry it until it is brown and cooked until tender. Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside.
  3. Stir-fry the onion rings in the same pan for about 1 minute, then set them aside.
  4. Stir-fry the cabbage until it is half cooked, then remove it from the pan.
  5. Serve the pork, onion, and cabbage on a plate or in a bowl. Enjoy this dish hot, preferably with rice.

Notes

For added flavor, consider including garlic or ginger when stir-frying. This dish can be enjoyed as a standalone meal or with rice.
