Preparation
- Put the pork in a bowl and season it with salt, ground black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork. Stir-fry it until it is brown and cooked until tender. Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside.
- Stir-fry the onion rings in the same pan for about 1 minute, then set them aside.
- Stir-fry the cabbage until it is half cooked, then remove it from the pan.
- Serve the pork, onion, and cabbage on a plate or in a bowl. Enjoy this dish hot, preferably with rice.
Notes
For added flavor, consider including garlic or ginger when stir-frying. This dish can be enjoyed as a standalone meal or with rice.
