  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Store-bought for convenience.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce You can substitute with marinara sauce.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni Feel free to use other meats or veggies.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances the pizza flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out each biscuit into a flat circle.
  3. Spoon pizza sauce onto one half of each biscuit, then add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold the other half of the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Place the pockets on a greased baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve these warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Brush the tops with melted butter before baking for a golden finish.
