Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Place the biscuits evenly spaced on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Gently open the top half of each biscuit without pulling it apart completely.
- Add one pepperoni slice and one Babybel cheese round inside each biscuit, then close the biscuit dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush a little of the butter mixture over the top of each biscuit.
Baking
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 14–17 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let them cool slightly, then serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store any leftover Pizza Biscuit Pockets in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F / 175°C for a few minutes until warmed through. You can customize these pockets with different meats, cheeses, and spices!
