Ingredients
  

Biscuit Base
  • 1 pack Pillsbury buttermilk flaky layers biscuits
Fillings
  • 8 ounces Babybel original snack cheese rounds
  • 32 slices Sandwich-size pepperoni slices
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Place the biscuits evenly spaced on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Gently open the top half of each biscuit without pulling it apart completely.
  4. Add one pepperoni slice and one Babybel cheese round inside each biscuit, then close the biscuit dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush a little of the butter mixture over the top of each biscuit.
Baking
  1. Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 14–17 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Let them cool slightly, then serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftover Pizza Biscuit Pockets in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F / 175°C for a few minutes until warmed through. You can customize these pockets with different meats, cheeses, and spices!
