  • 1 piece Drill or sharp tool To make holes in the pinecones.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean the pinecones under warm water if dirty and allow them to dry completely.
  2. Use a drill or sharp tool to make a small hole at the top of each pinecone, getting help if needed.
Assembly
  1. Cut several pieces of string of various lengths according to your desired design.
  2. Thread the string through the hole in each pinecone and tie a knot to secure them.
  3. Optionally, add beads to the string for extra decoration.
  4. Tie the other ends of the string to the wooden dowel or stick, arranging the pinecones nicely.
Final Steps
  1. Tie a loop of string at both ends of the stick for hanging.
  2. Find a nice spot outside to hang your wind chime.

Notes

Store your wind chime in a dry place when not in use. Weatherproof it if designed for outdoor use. Experiment with colors, lengths, and additional decorations for personalization.
