Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, crushed pineapple with juice, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices or powdered sugar for a beautiful presentation.
