  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeƱos Fresh or pickled; adjust amount for more heat.
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, jalapeƱos, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
  2. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add the pineapple slices to the pot and stir to coat them with the syrup.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.

Notes
