- Combine the pineapple juice, coconut water, and ginger juice in a cocktail shaker or mason jar filled with ice.
- Shake well to mix all the ingredients.
- Taste your mixture, and if needed, add a bit of honey to sweeten.
- Fill small, chilled glasses with lots of ice cubes and thin slices of lime.
- Pour the pineapple coconut water into the prepared glasses.
- Finish with an extra squeeze of lime if you like.

Serve in chilled glasses for the best experience. Garnish with lime slices or mint for added flair. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; shake before serving.
