Preparation
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, pour in the entire carton of pineapple juice.
- Add 1 cup of Cream of Coconut, then pour in the 2 cups of rum.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until the liquids are fully incorporated and the punch is smooth.
- Cover the punch bowl or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the punch to chill.
- Before serving, stir the punch again. Serve over ice in individual glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, or a small paper umbrella.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and add soda water for fizziness. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
