  • 59 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup Cream of Coconut Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 2 cups Rum Can substitute with coconut or spiced rum.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, pour in the entire carton of pineapple juice.
  2. Add 1 cup of Cream of Coconut, then pour in the 2 cups of rum.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the liquids are fully incorporated and the punch is smooth.
  4. Cover the punch bowl or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the punch to chill.
  5. Before serving, stir the punch again. Serve over ice in individual glasses.
  6. Garnish with pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, or a small paper umbrella.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and add soda water for fizziness. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
