  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them.
  3. Take a piece of biscuit dough and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  4. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
  5. Repeat for the remaining dough and cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder (optional).
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the biscuit bombs.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm, straight from the oven. Pairs well with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
