  1. Peel the garlic cloves and pack them tightly into a clean jar.

  3. Pour the hot brine over the garlic, ensuring the cloves are fully submerged.
  4. If desired, add spices to the jar for extra flavor.
  5. Seal the jar and let it cool before refrigerating.
  6. Allow the garlic to pickle for at least a week before using for the best flavor.
