- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.

- Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Place the peeled eggs in a jar. If using food coloring, add it to the brine mixture.
- Pour the brine over the eggs, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
Store the Pickled Dragon Eggs in the refrigerator in a sealed jar. They can last up to a month if kept properly. The longer they sit in the brine, the more flavorful they become.
