Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and green peppers, cooking until soft.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the steak is browned.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked steak and vegetable mixture on the buns, then top with slices of cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Serve Philly Cheesesteak Sliders hot and fresh from the oven with optional dipping sauces like ketchup, barbecue sauce, or spicy mayo.
