Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
- In a bowl, mix sliced roast beef with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on the bottom half of the slider buns.
- Layer with sautéed onions and bell peppers, topped with provolone cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
- Wrap the sliders in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until heated through. You can add other toppings like mushrooms or hot peppers for variation.
