  • 1 lb roast beef, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Don't skip; it adds a nice flavor kick.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix sliced roast beef with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  5. Layer with sautéed onions and bell peppers, topped with provolone cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
  7. Wrap the sliders in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until heated through. You can add other toppings like mushrooms or hot peppers for variation.
