  • 1 pound Thin sliced steak or roast beef
  • 8 ounces Provolone cheese Sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the fryer or oven.
  2. In a skillet, cook the thin sliced steak or roast beef until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until tender.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat and pepper mixture onto an egg roll wrapper, add a slice of provolone cheese, and roll it up, sealing the edges.
Cooking
  1. Fry or bake until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Popular choices include marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or cheese sauce.
