  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced Make sure to slice the ribeye steak thinly for better cooking and texture.
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced You can swap with red or yellow peppers for a different flavor.
  • 8 slices provolone cheese You can use other types of cheese like cheddar or American cheese if you prefer.
  • 12 pieces slider rolls
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Split the slider rolls and layer half of the provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Add the steak mixture on top of the cheese, then layer the remaining provolone cheese over the steak. Place the top half of the rolls on.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the slider rolls.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  2. Serve hot!

Notes

Serve these sliders hot out of the oven for the best flavor. They pair well with a side of chips, fries, or a fresh salad. For an extra kick, you can add hot sauce or serve with a side of dipping sauce. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
