Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Split the slider rolls and layer half of the provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Add the steak mixture on top of the cheese, then layer the remaining provolone cheese over the steak. Place the top half of the rolls on.
- Brush the melted butter over the tops of the slider rolls.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve hot!
Notes
Serve these sliders hot out of the oven for the best flavor. They pair well with a side of chips, fries, or a fresh salad. For an extra kick, you can add hot sauce or serve with a side of dipping sauce. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
