Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
- Cut the rolled dough into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the rollups cool completely, then place them in an airtight container. You can store them in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, simply pop them in the oven or microwave until warm. Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers, olives, or cooked sausage for extra flavor.
