Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 32.6 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (two 16.3 oz cans)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Using freshly shredded mozzarella improves melt quality.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1 cup marinara sauce For dipping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan generously.
  2. Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the rounds. Slice each biscuit into four wedge-shaped pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dough pieces, pepperoni slices, shredded mozzarella cheese, melted butter, and Italian seasoning. Toss gently until coated.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven until the dough rises and the top is deep golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
  3. Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Carefully invert the pan onto a serving platter while the bread is warm to release it easily.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

Cover with aluminum foil if browning too quickly. Allow the bread to rest for better shape retention. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings like sausage or bell peppers.
