Dough and Filling
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough Use pre-made for convenience.
  • 10–12 pieces mozzarella string cheese sticks High-quality mozzarella is recommended.
  • 24 slices pepperoni Swap for cooked chicken for a variation.
Topping
  • 2 tbsp melted butter Mix with garlic powder for brushing.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Add for flavor to the butter.
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle on top before serving.
Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup marinara sauce Warm before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles large enough to wrap each cheese stick.
  3. Place two slices of pepperoni and one mozzarella stick onto each piece of dough, then roll tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Arrange the sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  6. While still hot, brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over them.
  7. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
