Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles large enough to wrap each cheese stick.
- Place two slices of pepperoni and one mozzarella stick onto each piece of dough, then roll tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- While still hot, brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over them.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
