Ingredients

Biscuit Base
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 jar pizza sauce or marinara
Toppings
  • 1 bag mini pepperoni (Hormel Minis)
  • 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing pan

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish or an oven-safe skillet.
  2. Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into quarters or bite-size pieces.
  3. Add the biscuit pieces to the pan and pour pizza sauce over the top, gently tossing everything together.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni on top. Optionally, add Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  5. Gently stir to coat, but leave some cheese and pepperoni on top for aesthetics.
Baking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through, golden, and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven, cut into squares or scoop directly from the dish. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Provide extra pizza sauce for dipping. Customize toppings as desired!
