Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, condensed milk, and whipped cream until smooth.
- Layer the bottom of a dish with tennis biscuits.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed peppermint crisp over the cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, cream mixture, and peppermint crisp.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed fresh but can keep well for 2-3 days. For variations, replace peppermint crisp with caramel chocolate, or mix in crushed nuts for added crunch. Can be made a day in advance.
