Ingredients
  

For the tart
  • 1 packet tennis biscuits
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup peppermint crisp chocolate, crushed Use good quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • to taste Chocolate shavings for garnish Add extra chocolate shavings for a decorative touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, condensed milk, and whipped cream until smooth.
  2. Layer the bottom of a dish with tennis biscuits.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crushed peppermint crisp over the cream.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, cream mixture, and peppermint crisp.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed fresh but can keep well for 2-3 days. For variations, replace peppermint crisp with caramel chocolate, or mix in crushed nuts for added crunch. Can be made a day in advance.
