  • 1/2 cup peach or apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt For a creamier texture, add more yogurt.
  • 2 pieces ice cubes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cover and process until blended.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of peach or sprig of mint. Leftover smoothie can be stored in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays to blend later. Add spinach or kale for a nutritious boost without altering the taste.
