Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 600 grams white chocolate chips or melting wafers Use high-quality for a richer flavor.
  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk (1 can) Homemade sweetened condensed milk can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.
  • to taste red and blue food coloring Adjust the amount until desired color intensity is achieved.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Divide the mixture into three bowls.
  4. Add red food coloring to one bowl, blue food coloring to another, and leave the third bowl white.
Assembly
  1. In a lined baking dish, drop spoonfuls of each colored fudge mixture in random patterns.
  2. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the colors together gently.
Setting
  1. Refrigerate for several hours until set.
  2. Cut into squares and enjoy your patriotic treats!

Notes

To store the fudge, place it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for about two weeks. It won't last long due to its deliciousness!
