Preparation
  1. Line a baking dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  2. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over the ice cream sandwiches.
  3. Add a layer of strawberry topping followed by a layer of blueberry topping.
  4. Repeat the layers if desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
