Ingredients
  

Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Pesto Sauce
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 unit carrot, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs to taste
Carbonara Sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Marinara Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Pesto Sauce
  1. Blend basil, pine nuts, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth.
  3. Mix in Parmesan cheese and blend again.
Bolognese Sauce
  1. In a pot, brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add tomato sauce, carrot, and celery.
  3. Season and simmer for 30 minutes.
Carbonara Sauce
  1. Whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic and bacon until crispy.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture.
Arrabbiata Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Taste and adjust seasoning as you cook. Don't be afraid to experiment with spices or herbs. You can customize these sauces to your liking.
