Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the coated chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, combine lemon juice and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked through, drizzle the lemon sauce over the chicken and serve.
