Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the rice, chopped vegetables, and protein.
  3. Add water or broth and mix well.
  4. Place the mixture onto a sheet of aluminum foil, create a packet by folding the foil over and sealing the edges.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  2. Carefully open the packet and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of rice or grains. Add your favorite herbs and spices. Caution: steam can escape when opening the foil packet.
