Ingredients
  

For the chicken wings
  • 3.5-4 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt (optional, to taste)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with jerk seasoning, vegetable oil, all-purpose seasoning, chicken bouillon, honey, soy sauce, dried parsley, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best flavor).
Cooking
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange wings in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken wings for at least 4 hours; overnight is even better. For extra spice, add more jerk seasoning or a dash of hot sauce. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safety.
