Main Ingredients
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 20 cookies Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
  • 20 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup oil optional
  • 6 cookies Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. Roughly chop the Oreos for both the treats and the topping, keeping them separate.
Making the Treats
  1. In a large bowl, mix the Rice Krispies cereal, the chopped Oreos for the treats, and half of the mini marshmallows until evenly combined.
  2. In a large pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and salt with the remaining mini marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and Oreo blend, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and flatten the top.
Finishing Touches
  1. For the drizzle, melt the white chocolate chips and optional oil in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the treats and sprinkle with the chopped Oreos.
  3. Allow the chocolate to set before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve at room temperature and pair with a glass of cold milk. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. If refrigerating, expect slight texture change.
