  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
