  • 1 block (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened Ensure it is fully softened for smooth mixing.
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows Gently fold in at the end.
  • 1 can (11 oz) Dole Mandarin Oranges, drained Can substitute with different fruits if desired.

Preparation
  1. Beat the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and dry Jell-O Orange Gelatin powder together until the mixture turns a bright, even orange.
  2. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip to create a fluffy, light creamsicle base.
  3. Gently stir in the Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows and the drained Dole Mandarin Oranges.
  4. Chill the fluff salad for 2 hours before serving to let the marshmallows soften into the creamy mixture.

Notes

Serve in individual bowls or a large serving dish. For added flair, you can top with additional mini marshmallows or mandarin orange pieces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
