Meringue Preparation
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the meringue over the chocolate filling, sealing the edges.
Baking
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until the meringue is lightly golden.
Serving
- Let cool before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
You can garnish the pie with chocolate shavings or fresh berries. A dollop of whipped cream on the side adds a nice touch for special occasions.
