- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of Jif peanut butter until completely smooth and thick.
- Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture until it’s light and fluffy.
- Line the bottom of an 8×8 inch glass baking dish with a tight, single layer of unwrapped Nutty Buddy bars.
- Spread the creamy peanut butter fluff entirely over the wafer bars.
- Crush the remaining Nutty Buddy bars and sprinkle heavily over the top.
- Chill for 4 hours.

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for a smoother texture. You can use crunchy peanut butter for more texture, and feel free to add chopped peanuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
