No-Bake Twix Pie

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 10-inch Keebler Graham Cracker Crust
Filling
  • 1 block (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened Make sure cream cheese is fully softened.
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed Can substitute with stabilized homemade whipped cream.
Caramel Layer
  • 1 bag (11 oz) Kraft Traditional Caramels, unwrapped
  • 2 tbsp milk
Topping
  • 6 full-size Twix Candy Bars, chopped Reserve some for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unwrapped Kraft Caramels with 2 tbsp of milk until pourable.
  2. Spread half the melted caramel onto the bottom of the Keebler Graham Cracker Crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the Philadelphia Cream Cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip and half of the chopped Twix bars.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling smoothly over the caramel layer in the pie crust.
  6. Top the pie with the remaining chopped Twix bars and drizzle generously with the remaining melted caramel.
  7. Chill the pie to set before serving.

Notes

Serve cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with extra Twix bits or chocolate shavings.
