Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, layer the no-cook lasagna noodles at the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the noodles.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layering process with another set of noodles, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and more strawberries.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set before serving.

Notes

This dessert is perfect for summer parties, picnics, and family gatherings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze individual slices for later enjoyment, but the texture may change once thawed.
