Preparation
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pretzel sticks and chopped pecans. Gently stir to combine.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the pretzel and pecan mixture and fold gently to coat.
- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion the mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping clusters.
Chocolate Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each pretzel pecan cluster.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster.
Setting
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the chocolate is set.
- Gently lift each cluster off the parchment paper and store in an airtight container.
Notes
These clusters can be made in advance and stored. For a festive twist, try adding crushed candies or sprinkles.
