Preparation
- Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix pretzel sticks and graham cracker crumbs together.
- Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until everything is coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
Caramel Layer
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour this caramel mixture over the pressed pretzel base.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serving
- Once chilled, remove from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Consider adding nuts or crushed candies on top of the chocolate layer for extra crunch.
