- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week or freeze for up to three months. Let thaw before enjoying.
