  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
Creamy Layers
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Melted for topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pretzel sticks and melted butter. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Add brown sugar and mix thoroughly.
  4. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to create a base.
  5. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the pretzel base and spread evenly.
Topping
  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate over the condensed milk layer and spread evenly.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate and swirl for a marbled effect.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Chilling
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Serving
  1. Remove using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

These bars can be served directly from the refrigerator. Adjust sea salt based on preference. For added texture, mix in nuts or mini marshmallows.
