Preparation
- Place chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl.
- Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer (do not boil).
- Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk until smooth to make ganache.
- Pour ganache into the graham cracker crust.
- Dip the bottoms of yellow Peeps Chicks lightly in any remaining ganache and arrange them pointing outwards along the crust edge like petals.
- Cover the center chocolate area with chocolate sprinkles to look like sunflower seeds.
- Chill until set.
Notes
Serve chilled, sliced into wedges or scooped. Pairs well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator; best enjoyed within 3 to 5 days.
