Preparation
- Cream the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
- Add the milk and mix until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pie crust and level it.
- Spread Cool Whip on top of the peanut butter filling using a rubber spatula.
- Add chopped roasted peanuts on top of the pie if desired.
- Freeze the pie for 3 hours before serving.
- Remove from the freezer for 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.
Notes
Serve chilled, either straight from the freezer or fridge. Adds richness with chocolate syrup or extra whipped cream.
