Main Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture.
  • 4 ounces cream cheese Let it soften at room temperature before mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste if using natural peanut butter.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust or Oreo pie crust Different crusts can be used for variation.
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip For topping.
  • Roasted peanuts Optional, for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cream the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
  2. Add the milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pie crust and level it.
  4. Spread Cool Whip on top of the peanut butter filling using a rubber spatula.
  5. Add chopped roasted peanuts on top of the pie if desired.
  6. Freeze the pie for 3 hours before serving.
  7. Remove from the freezer for 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.

Notes

Serve chilled, either straight from the freezer or fridge. Adds richness with chocolate syrup or extra whipped cream.
