  • 1 block white almond bark Melted for coating
  • ½ cup peanut butter Creamy variety
  • 4 cups rice krispies cereal For crunch
  • 2 cups roasted peanuts Add more for extra crunch

  • 1 handful mini M&Ms For decoration and sweetness
  • 1 handful sprinkles To add color

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the block of white almond bark according to package directions, typically in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined and smooth, then set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice krispies, roasted peanuts, mini M&Ms, and sprinkles; stir gently to combine.
Mixing
  1. Pour the melted almond bark and peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients.
  2. Gently fold everything together until coated, being cautious not to crush the rice krispies.
Setting
  1. Line baking sheets with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Drop the mixture by heaping spoonfuls onto the sheets, spacing apart.
  3. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, or in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Notes

For uniform clusters, use a cookie scoop. Decorate with additional M&Ms and sprinkles while the mixture is still wet to ensure they stick.
