Preparation
- Melt the block of white almond bark according to package directions, typically in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined and smooth, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice krispies, roasted peanuts, mini M&Ms, and sprinkles; stir gently to combine.
Mixing
- Pour the melted almond bark and peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients.
- Gently fold everything together until coated, being cautious not to crush the rice krispies.
Setting
- Line baking sheets with wax or parchment paper.
- Drop the mixture by heaping spoonfuls onto the sheets, spacing apart.
- Allow the clusters to set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, or in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
For uniform clusters, use a cookie scoop. Decorate with additional M&Ms and sprinkles while the mixture is still wet to ensure they stick.
