  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth batter.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  1. In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well blended.
  4. Combine the cheese mixture with the crumb mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.

Notes

These cheesecake balls can be served as a sweet snack or dessert. Drizzle chocolate sauce over them for added flavor. To store, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
