  • 1 piece ripe banana, mashed Make sure your banana is ripe for the sweetest flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese You can substitute for flavored cottage cheese for an extra twist.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Feel free to use different nut butters like almond or cashew.
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips Adds sweetness and texture.
  • 2 tbsp crushed oats Adds crunch and nutrition.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend banana, cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the filling evenly over the tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and crushed oats over the filling.
  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly into a long log.
  5. Wrap and chill for 20 to 30 minutes until firm enough to cut neatly.
  6. Unwrap and trim the ends if you want a cleaner look.
  7. Slice into thick pieces or serve whole as chilled wraps.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. They are best enjoyed fresh or refrigerated. If you’re short on time, chilling helps them hold their shape better.
