- Blend the banana, cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and crushed oats over the filling for sweet bites and added texture.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly into a long log shape.
- Wrap each roll and chill in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes until they are firm enough to cut neatly.
- Unwrap the rolls and trim the ends if you want a cleaner look.
- Slice into thick pieces or serve whole as chilled wraps.
Notes
