- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out bite-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Press a small indentation into each ball and fill with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Garnish with extra cherry pie filling or whipped cream if desired. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or frozen for longer storage.
