Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake mixture
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Crushed graham crackers to form the base.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is well-softened for smooth blending.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream Gently fold in for a light texture.
For the topping
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling To serve on top of each graham bite.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until well blended.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until smooth.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
Serving
  1. Serve with a dollop of cherry pie filling on top of each graham bite.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to a month, separated with parchment paper.
